Hello, my name is Harry Ye, and I am the Business Development Manager.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade from South Korea and have been living in Australia since 2015. With a multicultural background and extensive experience working with people from diverse communities, I am passionate about helping individuals and families access the support they need.
Before entering the disability services sector, I worked as a Mortgage Broker for over five years, assisting clients from various cultural backgrounds to find solutions tailored to their unique circumstances. This experience has equipped me with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
As a trilingual professional fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Korean, I am able to communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds and ensure they feel understood, respected, and supported throughout their NDIS journey.
I understand that navigating the NDIS can sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal is to make the process easier by listening carefully to each participant’s needs and connecting them with the services and supports that best align with their goals.
I am committed to building genuine relationships based on trust, transparency, and care, and I look forward to helping our participants and their families achieve the best possible outcomes.

My role is to create meaningful connections between our team, NDIS participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers and local community networks. I focus on understanding each participant’s goals and helping them access suitable supports in a clear, respectful and timely way.
Being fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English allows me to communicate effectively with participants and families from different backgrounds. I aim to make each person feel heard, understood and supported throughout their NDIS journey.
I believe that every participant’s needs and goals are unique. I take the time to listen, answer questions and provide guidance so participants and their families can feel more confident when making decisions about their care and support.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and have a strong interest in badminton and tennis. These sports have helped me develop patience, focus, teamwork and perseverance, which I also bring into my work with participants and families.
I am committed to building strong relationships based on trust, open communication and genuine care. My goal is to ensure that every participant feels welcomed, supported and connected with services that can make a positive difference in their daily life.
